The right therapy for you

Different people have different needs, and I’m here to tailor my approach to what works best for you. Trained in various therapeutic models, I integrate these methods to provide personalised and effective support.

CBT primarily addresses current problems and focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviours. By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, you can develop healthier, more adaptive behaviours, leading to improved mental well-being and coping skills.

Schema Therapy is a type of therapy that helps you understand and change deep-rooted patterns formed in childhood. The goal is to create lasting changes in how you see yourself and others.

Instead of avoiding or fighting against challenging thoughts and feelings, ACT encourages you to embrace them and take positive actions based on what truly matters to you. It’s about creating a rich and meaningful life, even when faced with challenges.

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, is a type of therapy that helps people cope with traumatic memories. During EMDR, you focus on specific memories while I offer you distractive tasks. This helps you reprocess and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic experiences.
